Hi I’m Ben 👋
I love witnessing my fellow humans courageously step into freedom and vitality! I myself spent years practicing the not-self; judiciously positioning myself from the fear of a coming crisis in war. I have come to accept my discomfort as the Author’s way to call me back to the truth: how to love better; my body, my loved ones, my environment, my neighbors, my passions. Our bodies hold the wisdom! Each of us is endowed with a unique genius. The trick is returning to a place of simplicity within ourselves so our natural geniuses can shine in the world with confidence, ease, and a re-opening of heart.
I can’t help share the Human Design Experiment because I see within myself and my community, the shadow-spiral patterns of the “Not-Self” transforming into empowered consciousnesses, discovering the gifts and power on the other side of each shadow. We are collectively awakening into greater co-creation, and deeper expansive experience within ourselves and with others. Being in love, feeling love, and love just being.
